Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping Processing Time

All orders including both web orders and phone orders will be processed within 1 business day.  If we are experiencing higher than normal volumes it may require additional time to fulfill your order.  If we foresee significant delays we will let you know via email or phone.

Shipping Rates

Contiguous US: Orders over $29 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING.  Otherwise flat rate shipping of $5.00 will be applied.  

AK/HI/US Territories: Please contact us for a custom shipping quote for your location.

Shipping Method/Carrier

Typically, smaller packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and larger packages are shipped via FedEx Ground.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation via email once your order is processed which will include your tracking number and the carrier service selected.  Please allow 1 business day for your tracking number to show activity.

Damages/Lost Packages

In the event that your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact customer support ( or 866-558-5278).  Please save all information including order confirmation email until the issue is resolved.
