Here at Emergency Zone we stand by our products and want you to feel great about them too! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please return within 30 days of receipt and we will happily offer a full refund or exchange.

ALL "SAVINGS ZONE" SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

How to Start a Return:

1. Before returning your order to Emergency Zone please contact our customer support team at support@emergencyzone.com or by calling our toll-free number (866) 558-5278 to begin the returns process.
2. If your item was damaged or defective upon receipt we will cover all return shipping costs.For returns due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or simply no longer wanting the product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
3. Once received as long as item is in new condition, free of damages by customer, and unused we will issue a full refund or exchange.
