We stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call us toll free at 1-866-558-5278 to arrange the return.  If a customer purchased the item directly from Emergency Zone, we will handle the return and refund.  If a customer purchased an Emergency Zone brand product from a retailer, then he/she will need to work through the retailer for the refund and return.  Returned must be new, unused, and contain all original product packaging and accessories. The purchase price, less shipping charges, will be credited back to the card used to make the purchase.
