Shipping

Orders are typically shipped the following business day but can take up to 3 business days.  The shipping tracking number will be emailed to the customer at the email address provided.  Orders are sent through UPS and USPS. 

 Returns

We stand behind our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from our web site www.emergencyzone.com, please call us toll free at 1-866-558-5278 to arrange the return within 30 days of the purchase date.  Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date, and be new, unused, and contain all original product packaging and accessories.  Our return policy applies to retail purchases directly from Emergency Zone made through www.emergencyzone.com.   If you purchased and Emergency Zone brand product from another retailer, please them regarding their return policy.  

How to Return Merchandise

1. Use the original carton whenever possible. Otherwise use a strong and secure carton, sealed securely with tape.
2. Print and complete the Return Form.  Include this completed form with the return.
3. Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. Sorry we cannot accept C.O.D returns.
4. We will do everything possible to expedite the handling of your return. Please allow sufficient time for us to receive and inspect the merchandise. If you are requesting a credit card refund, please allow one billing cycle for credit to appear.
